Get To Know Kailagh

Meet Kailagh!

Pronounced Kayla

I’m Kailagh, the therapist behind KML Therapy, based in Milwaukee and offering virtual sessions throughout Wisconsin. At the heart of my work is a belief in real connection. That growth happens when you feel understood, supported, and gently challenged in a space that feels safe and honest.

I’m naturally drawn to depth, curiosity, and the ways people make meaning of their lives. I care deeply about relationships and believe they shape how we see ourselves, how we communicate, and how we move through the world. That belief guides how I show up, for you — with empathy, honesty, and a balance of compassion, humor, and a gentle needed push. I approach each person with care, patience, and respect. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all way of being or healing — people are complex, and our work should reflect that.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m deeply grounded by being near water. I love lakes, oceans, or anywhere that offers a sense of steadiness and movement. I host the mental health podcast Liminal (coming Feb 2026) where I explore transitions, identity, and the in-between spaces of life.

Family is central to my life and values, shaping how I understand connection, resilience, and belonging. When I’m not talking with clients, you’ll often find me cheering/watching the Green Bay Packers and the Boston Red Sox, training for or running marathons, attempting to garden (with mixed success), or drinking iced coffee year-round, regardless of the season.

In short, I bring my full, human self into this work. If you’re looking for someone who values honesty, depth, warmth, and growth, you’ve come to the right place. I’m so glad you’re here. Now let’s get to work.
